What Solvh handles
Claims that are denied, delayed, short settled, or mis-sold. Solvh reads the documents, finds the exact clause the insurer is relying on, tests whether it applies, builds the case, prepares the escalation, and follows it to resolution.
The escalation ladder
Solvh escalates in order: the insurer's grievance cell, then IRDAI Bima Bharosa, then the Insurance Ombudsman.
